Often people are concerned about the logistics of Telehealth—rest assured we will make the process easy for you. We have a custom-built platform that is HIPPA and PIPPA compliant, ensuring your privacy is always secure. Our Client Portal allows you to access all appointments and rehabilitation material in one convenient space.

  2. a device with video ability – a smart phone, tablet, or laptop

What to expect

When a Telehealth appointment is booked you will participate in a technology trial, if needed, with our Admin team. This involves a video call to ensure the platform works smoothly with your device and to review any questions you may have.

Throughout your time with us our Admin and clinical team will ensure you are comfortable with accessing and using our Telehealth platform, and we have tech support available for you if needed.

Do I have to use Telehealth?

No. Telehealth isn’t for everyone. The goal is to increase your treatment options, allowing us to tailor a program that is most suited to you as a person. Together we will discuss what is right for you.
